The school is one of the only Caribbean Medical Schools to be a member of the Association of Commonwealth Universities (ACU). It is also listed in the WDOMS and is recognized by the Medical Council of Canada and the Medical Council of India.

3. American University of St. Vincent, St. Vincent & the Grenadines

A relative newcomer among Caribbean Medical Schools, AUS has quickly gained an enviable reputation for the quality of its medical education. AUS is home to newer, innovative medical education methodologies. And the school’s efforts haven’t gone unnoticed. In its short history, AUS has been recognized by the Education Commission of Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG), The World Directory of Medical Schools (WDOMS), the Medical Council of Canada (MCC), and it has clinical campuses in two Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) teaching hospitals in the U.S.

Of course, the Caribbean Medical School you choose for your studies is entirely up to you.
